To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

So once again thank you, and especially those that contributed their time and knowledge to make Guru the amazing place it was. We'll see you over at Guild Wars 2 Guru!

mariano Lion's Arch Merchant Join Date: Aug 2005	Petition: Fix the graphics of P shield on mesmer and monk When using a paragon shield for a mesmer or a monk -at least these two- the graphics of the character's arm and the shield mix and cut each other, instead of the shield, properly, covering the arm. Please fix it, to look properly.

lishi Forge Runner Join Date: Jul 2005	there is nothing wrong asking anet fix their error. /signed please i buyed 4 shield for my monk modded them to +30 +10 armor vs stuff then realized they are bugged xD

I would prefer a 4th chapter over fixing some minor bugs..

Fallen Hunter I Saw That Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: The bushes Profession: D/R	There are a lot of minor glitches like this - feet going through armour, weapons going through capes... The most amusing one I have seen is the enchanted torch in beacons perch - when I carried it on my dervish it pointed backwards and went through his chest

Don't forget about Paragons carrying a flag, but they're too weak so the flag always touch the floor, besides if you look closely one of his hands is not really holding the flag, it's holding the air. No wonder the flag touches the floor, he's holding it with just one hand anyway.
